REFUND POLICY

Cancellation, Refund and Replacement Policy:
We understand that sometimes things don't always go to plan, so we've created this refund/replacement policy for you!

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Customers are allowed to make changes to orders within 12 hours of purchase. We do not accept order changes outside the 12 hour window as our orders are automatically sent to our fulfillment and logistics for processing the next morning.

Buyers are not allowed to cancel their purchases after their orders have shipped.

If you have made a mistake with your order details or your delivery address. Please CONTACT US and we'll be happy to help if the order hasn't shipped yet.

REPLACEMENT POLICIES:

If you have received a damaged, faulty or incorrect item, we will be happy to replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

If you receive an item that is the wrong color or size, please email us a picture of the item with the size label and the original packaging within 48 hours of receipt of the order in order to receive your item correctly shipped.

We can only offer you free replacement at no additional cost if it falls under the following criteria:

Items are faulty - damaged/broken or soiled on arrival.
We sent the wrong item - size, style, colour.
After 7 days from the receipt of the items, buyers can no longer request an item replacement for any reason.

REFUND POLICY:

Our refund policy lasts 30 days:

If you wish to request a refund, you must wait until you receive your product before returning the package to us in its original, new, unopened condition.

The customer is responsible for shipping the items back to our warehouse.

Please send us the tracking number so we can help track your returns. Once we receive your item, inspect the product and we will give you a full refund minus the shipping cost.

Note: Our team will review/verify photos before issuing a replacement or refund. We reserve the right to refuse replacement and refund if above criteria are not met.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):

If you haven't received a refund yet, please contact us. Please note that it may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your credit card statement. Please allow up to 5-10 business days.
